"TOMATO" Cooking School provides holiday camps for kids from 6 to 14 years old. Kids will be taught how to cook restaurants-level dishes by our experienced and friendly chefs.
Camps runs from 9 AM to 12 noon and from 1 PM to 4 PM (with full day option from 9 AM to 4 PM)

Our holiday program is perfect for kids from 6 to 14 years old. We have two slots, from 9 AM to 12 noon and 1 PM to 4 PM. You can also book both slots, 9 AM to 4 PM, and lunch will be provided. This summer we're delighted to offer our International Cooking Camp. Each day kids will explore a different part of the world by learning to cook dishes from that country. At Tomato Cooking School, both youngsters and teenagers can get serious about cooking or take the first steps towards a career as a chef. The school is professionally equipped for classes: each student has their own cooking station plus a full set of utensils and ingredients. Every day we select two or three diverse dishes which can be prepared by beginner chefs or those who already have some experience of cooking. Each child cooks independently, under the guidance of our experienced chefs, and kids always get to take home their delicious creations to share with mum and dad!

Croque Monsieur Sandwiches.
filled with ham, cheese, bechamel sauce,
then topped with more cheese and baked
Mini Eclairs, filled with vanilla cream and
decorated with chocolate ganache sauce
Spaghetti Cupcakes with tomato sauce and
mozzarella cheese (spaghetti layered with
Sauce, cheese and baked in muffin moulds)
Mixed Berry Panna Cotta (milk jelly with a
choice of berries inside), decorated with a
blueberry puree (kids can draw their own
patterns on the Panna Cotta).
Pelmeni (dumplings filled with ground pork
and grated onion), served with sourcream
Mini Apple Pies (pie crust fitted into muffin
moulds, filled with diced apple mixed with
brown sugar and cinnamon)
Mini Cheesy Burgers (chicken/beef burger
patties stuffed with mozzarella cheese, small
buns, lettuce, tomato), special sauce (kids
can mix a variety of sauces like ketchup with
mayonnaise) and french fries.
Chocolate Brownies with homemade, no
churn vanilla ice cream (make the ice cream
mixture and put in the freezer to freeze)
Fried Croquettes stuffed with mashed
potato, diced ham and mozzarella cheese.
Served with a sweet tomato sauce.
Mantecados. Small, crumbly sugar cookies
baked in the oven.
Detailed plan: 1 PM to 4 PM
Tacos with roasted chicken, tomato salsa,
shredded lettuce and garnished with crushed
up tortilla chips.
Baked churros tossed in cinnamon sugar
and served with chocolate sauce
3 kinds of sushi. Sushi roll with cucumber,
sushi roll with crab sticks, rice balls topped
with luncheon meat.
Jelly filled with fresh fruits and chilled in
interesting shaped moulds
Fried chicken wings flavoured with fish
sauce, garlic and corriander. Served with Thai jasmine rice and sweet Thai chilli sauce
Sweet mango sticky rice balls
Non spicy butter chicken curry served with
homemade baked naan bread.
Mango Lassi Milkshakes. Milkshake with
mango and yoghurt
3 varieties of satay/skewers (chicken,
fishballs, sausage and veggies like
bellpeppers), cucumber salad, peanut butter
Tropical fruit skewers (varieties of fruits like
apple, pineapple, mango, lychee, grapes
arranged by the kids in their own patterns)
9AM - 4 PM
Lunch and two snacks
